Astaş is also engaged in developing Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul, which is destined to become one of the best urban resorts in the world. Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has been appointed as the operator of this unique property, located in Kuruçeşme, on one of the most beautiful spots on the shores of the Bosphorus. Furthermore, in 2019 Astaş started the construction of Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences Etiler, Istanbul , introducing the first Mandarin Oriental residences to the city.
